Mmmm... Pork Chops

Tonight I made pork chops for dinner. They were AWESOME too!


Pound the pork chops between parchment paper until they are as thin as you want them. Ours weren't meant to be thin. :)







Combine flour and Lawry's seasoned salt.







Cover the chops with the flour/seasoning mixture.






Heat oil in a skillet.








Add a little butter. I wouldn't normally, but she told me to do it...




Once the oil is hot, place pork chops in. After about 10 minutes or so (less time if yours are thinner and smaller) turn them with tongs. Leave them in until they get nice and brown.


I'll say it again: Mmmmmm... pork chops.
