Okay, okay - I'll write!!! (I'll write a lot, in fact.)

For those of you who have been terribly disappointed in my ability to keep this thing updated (and I won't name any names... haha), I'm back and I have all kinds of fun things to update you on!

First of all, and the BIGGEST - I GRADUATED!!!! Yay me! And, eh... it's okay. I guess. If you're into that sort of thing. I haven't decided whether I am or not. Yeesh. Job hunting? Or in my case, job WAITING!

That brings me to #2: the job! Okay so I've been interning for 6 months (read the very last paragraph of 3/31) and really hoping to get a job here. After a long time of not knowing anything I was asked to come in for a first interview, and I didn't spontaneously combust! WHOO HOO! So yeah, they liked me and asked me to work on a case study to show my analytical skills. So that was a Friday and I was like, "Oh, no big - I'll work on it later." and decided to go to the Biltmore with my HONEYYYYYYYY. (check Facebook for pictures and fun-ness) Then it was Mother's day, then I'm like, "Oh, crap! I need to work on this thingy." So instead, I crawled into the fetal position and sucked my thumb. Then I got up and stared at it for hours and got no where. The next day I went straight to the girl who interviewed me and confessed that I didn't know what I was doing and she made me feel better and just told me to do my best, that's all they want. Okay, super - well, apparently my best was better than a couple other people and l was asked to come in for a FINAL interview! Yay! So that was last Tuesday (it went well too!), and I will keep you updated if I find out, one way or the other. If I get it, that will be fabulous, because I love it here and love all the people. If I don't, no big deal, God just has something else even more perfect for me.

Friday night started CVP Alumni weekend and it was so FUN!! I always love seeing my camp family and had such a blast with Jason - we didn't even have to pretend we weren't dating! YAY!! The hoe down was fun and sweaty, as all hoe downs usually are, and Rorex lead us as if we were campers. It rocked. :) Saturday morning was the most amazing camp breakfast of coffee cake and hashbrown casserole. Does it get any better than this? I think not. And even though BC is gone, the Bond Boys are keepin' it real in the kitchen.

Saturday afternoon I met up with Jason and we walked around downtown and saw the IMAX Grand Canyon thing and it was... although not what we expected, very informative of ways we can help the environment, which Jason and I have vowed to do when we get a house someday. So that was fun and then we met up with Brandon and Megan and watched Blades of Glory - pretty stinkin' funny.

Sunday was SS with the Liner's, then church, then Alex's shower! It was so beautiful and they got some great gifts! So then I go home, knowing that Jason and the rest of the group are going 4 wheeling. My arch nemisis. Oh sure, we used to be friends, until it jumped on top of me and tried to kill me. (I'm so not dramatic.) Anyway, Jason has spent our entire relationship pushing me beyond my limits when it comes to things I'm scared of. It started out small with scary movies and such, then moved to bigger things like roller coasters (Dollywood first, then Disney), and he'd been working on this whole "4-Wheeler-Phobia" for a while with no real progress.

So I made the call that would change my life and said "Umm, Jason? Would it make you happy if I came along? - Feel free to say no." And there it was: step 1. Anyway, I know that by now I am really boring you with the tedious details of my day, so I'm going to stop there. Stayed tuned for my step 2 in overcoming "4-Wheeler-Phobia."
